Monitors samples/coupons; contacts pharmaceutical representatives when medication is needed. Coordinates transfer of sample medications with other locations (i.e. Eastpark/MHRC, 20th Street/MHCJ) to ensure maximum usage of samples. 9. Documents nursing care in records of individuals served in a thorough, professional, accurate and timely manner. 10. Responsible for picking up medication from pharmacy on a daily basis.
